Fully broke, kid-safe, and suitable for a variety of riders, Sandy is the kind of horse that is hard not to love.While she is western trained and comes equipped with the buttons, Sandy transitions beautifully to English riding as well. She is an easy, straightforward ride that makes riders feel safe and confident. Although she works well in the arena, Sandy truly prefers the trails and loves getting out for adventures. She is confident, steady, and happy to be out and about, making her a fun option for riders who enjoy exploring beyond ring work.Sandy has also been used in lessons, where she has proven herself to be a gentle old soul with the patience and reliability to make riders feel comfortable and secure. She also has off-property and show experience. She is a kind, solid, enjoyable horse for many different kinds of riders.All leases are encouraged to take a lesson at least once every week or every other week on their lease horse. Lessons are an additional fee. This is not required, simply preferred and can be discussed further.

He is the definition of versatile. He happily goes off property, rides the same out of the arena, and has extensive trail miles. He is always the same steady, willing horse wherever you ride him no matter the job. He is always down to do whatever is thrown at him. His gentle personality is what truly makes him special. He loves attention, enjoys being loved on, and has a way of making everyone who meets him fall in love. He is forgiving, patient, and always takes care of his rider. Smoke

While he is primarily western trained, he transitions beautifully to English as well.He is not quite a kick ride, but he is not overly forward either—Smoke goes the speed you ask of him and is responsive without feeling too sensitive or too much horse. He has a great “in-between” way of going that makes him enjoyable for riders who want a horse that listens, stays adjustable, and can match the ride you are asking for.In addition to his versatility under saddle, Smoke has experience being ridden by children and has also been used in lessons, he has experience going off property and in the show ring, giving him mileage with a range of different riders. He has a solid foundation, willing attitude, and aims to please.
