OUR SERVICES
LESSONS
We offer English and Western lessons. Specializing in Hunter/Jumper English and Western Barrel Racing and Ranch riding basics. Students have the opportunity to train off-property and participate in shows with the team!
Lessons come in 3 durations:
30 minutes/$35
45 minutes/$45
1 hour/$55
Students must wear long pants, close-toed footwear, and a helmet for each lesson. Helmets will be provided for those who do not have their own. Students are expected to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to scheduled time to prepare and tack their horse and remain 10-15 minutes after to groom, untack, and put away their horse. Lesson fee must be paid in full prior to the beginning of the ride.
Late Policy and Tardiness
In the event of tardiness for a scheduled lesson, the lesson will conclude at the predetermined time. The delay will be deducted from allocated ride time.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours’ notice will require 50% of the lesson payment due- unless discussed or agreed upon for otherwise, we understand emergencies do come up.
In the event a student no shows and fails to attend the scheduled lesson without any contact with us, the full payment will be due.
BOARDING (Full or Pasture Option)
All Boarding Includes:
Feeding
Two grain feedings offered daily.
Supplement or medication administration included, as long as resources are provided by the owner.
Hay Access
All horses get 24/7 access to hay as needed or requested by owner.
Tack Storage
Option to store tack trunks in front of designated stalls.
Access to tack/feed room to store saddle(s), bridle(s), etc.
Winter Blanketing
Blanketing services offered during winter months for small additional fee.
Blanket storage offered within barn loft or owner’s tack trunk.
Pasture Board $450/month
Pasture Access, 24/7 turnout with access to shelter.
Full Board $600/month
Full access to a stall that accommodates your horses’ specific requirements. Stall is cleaned daily with fresh water and bedding as needed.

About Smoke:
14.1hh | 10 years old | Gelding
Smoke comes equipped with all the western buttons and is very broke. He is fully western trained and aims to please during every ride. Smoke has a great walk, trot, and lopes very smooth. He is a stocky and sturdy boy. He enjoys attention and loves treats. Smoke has been ridden by children and used in lessons. He does perform best with an intermediate or advanced rider. Smoke has experience roping, ranch riding, trail riding, and has been lightly started on barrels.
There is an opportunity to occasionally train and show off property with our team, if interested.
Pricing
Half lease: $300/monthly
2-3 days a week of riding outside of lessons.
Full Lease $500/monthly
5-6 days a week of riding outside of lessons.
All leases are encouraged to take a lesson at least once every week or every other week on their lease horse. Lessons are an additional fee. This is not required, simply preferred and can be discussed further.
